Who is the Relationship Course Hold Me in The Hague?
This course is suitable for couples who want to improve contact with their partner, restore or to revive their relationship.
Starting point
It is to learn to stop arguments, to criticize the other, to silence or to take away, and to break through patterns of removal. It is possible to deepen the connection with your lover.
This course requires commitment, courage and motivation. The course’s starting point is the vision that every person desires for connection with a dear one.
Content
The “Hold Me Tight ” relationship course is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) developed by Sue Johnson. We are going to work according to a roadmap. Through years of research (Johnson) it has proved to be effective, also for the long term. In addition, we work through concrete tools to strengthen the interconnection in the partner relationship. All couples (heterosexual and homosexual couples, married, living together or living separately) are welcome.
However, this relationship course is not intended for couples who intend to break apart, or where violence plays in the relationship or when there is an outlawed relationship; In these situations, relational therapy with a therapist is more appropriate. However, the course may be a good addition to couples who are already engaged in relational therapy.
The course exercises will be done with your own partner.
