Want to be coached on Personal Development can be your own idea or that of your supervisor. Sometimes someone needs help with a career step. Sometimes a trajectory is used by poor judgment or conflicts with colleagues or partners. This process is based on personal and business goals. The manager’s input is definitely appreciated.

Individual coaching helps you with short-term, intensive and personal guidance.
The first conversation will tell you which theme you want to work with. Depending on the purpose, personally or professionally, the nature and duration of the accompaniment will be tailored. Usually 4 to 6 sessions are sufficient to gain insight.
